At the end of a Tenancy and using our Inventory & Check Out reports, we can help you propose deposit deductions with your Tenants and negotiate this process with them on your behalf. If an agreement cannot be reached, we can then go forward with the administration side of adjudication using the TDS deposit return service on your behalf.
