Heyworth Property Management was born out of Rachel's extensive experience working in agency and client side roles, managing property portfolios for accidental Landlords, HNWI's with portfolios in the region of £150 million in value and everyone in between. She spotted a gap in the market for a truly bespoke lettings and property management service for Landlords and Property Investors alike and Heyworth PM was born!
She has lived in Brighton her whole life, has a passion for good property management and solid but realistic advice to help people invest well whilst juggling being a mum of 2 girls.
Rachel is a regulated member of ARLA and NAEA Propertymark, is an associate of The Property Institute (TPI, formerly IRPM) and is a Level 3 qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.
