Financial security is better served with a fixed term tenancy in place. We can negotiate these terms on your behalf with your Tenants, allowing you to propose exactly what you want without the direct contact. We will advise you on the best way forward in the current market whilst taking your instructions, approach the Tenants with these proposals and negotiate the best terms for you. Includes new Tenancy Agreement or service of Section 13 and associated paperwork if required and deposit re-registration for a one-off fee.
