Using our extensive Home Buyers Lite report, we can identify areas of structural concern and bring them to your attention prior to you committing to purchase or before you start any major works post purchase. The report includes a condition report with photos, pinpoints any risks or urgent defects or any apparent potential legal concerns. In addition, we include advice on any hidden defects that could result in ongoing maintenance or future repairs, internally and externally. This can include damp or any structural problems. Note this report is not suitable for lending purposes and is for your information only.
