Similar to a Check-In, we'll meet your Tenants on the last day of their Tenancy to collect keys to your property, take final meter reads and check the condition of the property before reporting back to you with a photographs and a comparison document you can use for deposit return negotiations. A comprehensive inventory and check out report are essential for successful deposit negotiations with your Tenants and to protect both parties interests.
