If you know your investment is going to be empty for a period of time, particularly in winter months its a good idea to have someone check it over at regular intervals to ensure it's safe and secure for your return. We can arrange to visit a pre-agreed number of times to check everything is as it should, water the plants, deal with any unforeseen emergencies like leaks and clear any post that may be collecting on the doormat plus any other minor tasks that will ensure peace of mind for our clients. We can also conduct this service on short term rentals between guests to check how they've left your property for any damages or repairs. We can even get some bread and milk in the fridge for your return if you need us to!
